The location in the centre in the mountainous district, the quietness of the rooms. Although small they are very well organized. The bathroom is also beautiful and functional. The ladies at the reception are very kind and professional.

Wonderful, it exceeded all expectations!We were welcomed in an impeccable way, on the bed we found some chocolates (always welcome)! The structure clean, warm, well furnished and with all the necessary comforts! In the morning breakfast (rich, very rich) was served directly in the room, allowing us to enjoy it in peace and quiet!The property is located a few steps from the Colosseum and the various places of interest, in short, on foot we reached various attractions ... really in a strategic position! Congratulations on everything!

Everything is perfect! The B&B is located on the third floor of a very elegant and quiet building, a few steps from the Colosseum, in an area with excellent premises. The hotel is right in the centre. Excellent location. Convenient to visit the whole city (in less than 30 minutes walk you can reach practically all the main monuments). The structure is very nice and well maintained. Our room was very cosy and very clean. Breakfast in room super abundant and very good (with options also gluten-free). Very kind, helpful and prepared staff.
